Goal:
Students will be intrinsically motivated to use the matrix system to determine the skills and learning targets that they have yet to master. Students will update their matrix and use this system to help them prepare for assessments. |

Once students have mastered using the matrix, they will not be required to attend a flex time workshop. Flex time is every day except Wednesdays. You may want to look toward involving others in this process. I know that you are ultimately responsible for the study, but going it alone is hard. I am sure there are at least a couple of teachers who might want to help you. Look toward new teachers or teachers who are new to your school. It is also a great way to make them feel like they are a part of something.
